VidCoder is an open-source DVD/Blu-ray ripping and video transcoding application for Windows. It uses HandBrake as its encoding engine.

Prerequisites
You’ll need .NET 4.7.1. If you don’t have it, VidCoder will prompt you to download and install it. If you’re on the latest Windows 10 you shouldn’t need to install anything; it has .NET 4.7.1 pre-installed.

VidCoder includes English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Brazilian Portuguese, Dutch, Turkish, Bosnian, Korean, Czech, Polish, Indonesian, Russian, Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, Japanese, Hungarian, Georgian and Basque translations. The correct language will be selected automatically based on your OS language, or it can be selected manually.

Использование программы довольно простое. Вам просто нужно настроить параметры видео и аудио для кодирования HD-видео на WP7. На главном экране выберите Video File. После нажмите на кнопку Settings для установки аудио и видео параметров.
В окне настроек выберите Container: MP4. На вкладке Picture введите значения Width: 800 и Height: 480. Затем перейдите ко вкладке Video, выставьте кодек H.264 (x264), в группе Quality - Avg Bitrate: 1200 kbps. На вкладке Audio проверьте значение Codec: AAC (faac) и Bitrate: 128 (либо 192). После введения всех параметров наверху нажмите кнопку Save As.. и назовите комбинацию настроек - WP7.
