I am a very big fan of Altium, I started learning PCB design 20 years back with its that time name Protel 2.7, now know as Altium Designer. If you can afford it, it will very good investment, if not I would suggest KiCad. PCB Wizard by New Wave Concepts Limited is a piece of software that will help you design printed circuit boards (both single and double-sided). Even though there is no version of PCB Wizard for Mac available on the market, there are several alternative Mac tools that can help you design PCBs.
